Tabula Rasa has a server maintenance outage window reserved from 10am-12pm GMT daily. Please note: while we are reserving this daily two-hour period for maintenance updates, they will not necessarily require the entire two hours and additional updates may be scheduled outside this time-period as needed. We may also perform maintenance on additional TR-related servers, such as the web servers, message boards, or login servers.
Please note, Deployments’ implementations may take up to four hours, from 10am.2pm GMT.

We are extending the maintenance window this morning as we are applying the 1.7 series patch to the live servers. We do not have an ETA on the extension, but we are working to get the servers back up as soon as possible.

Version 1.6 on the PTS tonight
We are pushing version 1.6 to the PTS tonight because we want you to spend as much time as possible enjoying the new features but also because we want your feedback regarding them. We have been effecting a lot of changes to the game based on your feedback and before we push this onto the live servers, we want to give you enough time to test it… and break it (hopefully you won’t but if you can do it, it’s better that you do that on the PTS so we can fix before it goes live).
Patch notes are available here.

Another fix on its way
We have another fix coming to the Live servers now to address performance issues. Thanks for all the feedback!

Hotfix applied
We have applied the following hotfix to the live servers:
- Added respec for Spy characters.
- After changing the game resolution to a specific resolution (ex: 1280x768 (Wide)), exiting the client, and restarting the cursor correctly becomes the TR game cursor.
- Clicking on the game screen with the cursor does not resize the client.
- Restarting the client after changing the game resolution does not reset the game resolution to 1158x864.
Some clients that are set to a full screen and resolution of 1280x960 or higher will not display the client correctly. We are still looking into this issue as this only affects some video cards and may be a driver related issue. If you have this issue, please make sure you are running the most current video drivers from your video card manufacturer.

Upcoming Hotfix
We are in the process of creating and testing a hotfix that would do the following:
- Give Spies a Respec.
- Fix the bug where your configuration data resets.
- Fix game resolution not displaying correctly (fixes the cursor issue as well).
We don’t have an exact ETA since everything is dependent on testing, but we will get these fixes out as quickly as we safely can.

Graphic issues with V.1.5.
We’re tracking down an issue that causes certain video cards to display improperly when changing resolutions and may cause the client to shutdown. We are working on a hotfix and hope to have this resolved as soon as possible.

UPDATE - Military Surplus Issues
We have isolated the root of the problem and have discovered that the issue partly arose after the 1 millionth transaction took place at the Military Surplus. Yes 1 million items have been sold already through the Military Surplus since its recent launch, and that’s only for the European server.
This is no longer a problem but we are working on a fix to make sure this does not happen again.
Thank you for your patience in this matter.
