tabula rasa 101 for new recruits! (2nd edition)

Hi guys,

It’s that time again!

Attention, Soldiers (especially you Recruits!): Next week I will be hosting Tabula Rasa 101, a Q&A session for new recruits that will address some of the basic mechanics of the game and commonly asked questions in Tabula Rasa. No need to sign up, just meet at Alia Das in Wilderness(1) at the following times for your server. Make sure to bring your questions!

EVENT SCHEDULE:

  • Monday, November 10th, 8:00 PM GMT (9PM Central European Time) - Centaurus
    Monday, November 10th, 8:00 PM CT - Orion

  • Tuesday, November 11th, 8:00 PM CT - Cassiopeia

  • Wednesday, November 12th, 8:00 PM CT - Pegasus

  • Location: Alia Das in Wilderness(1)

If you see Ranger Benos and Dr. Munson, you’re in the right place.

Also if you have any questions you want to post here for gameplay I’ll repeat them in game and give you an answer so everyone sees it (I’ll post the answer as well after the in-game event)

Note: Yes! Veteran Troops you are welcome as well! However, this will be to cover questions concerning basic gameplay mechanics new players might have. I will be unable to answer development cycle questions or questions on future content. These are best forwarded through the General TR topics section of the PlanetTR.com forums as well as the Suggestion/Feedback form on the RGTR.com website. Also, I won’t be able to cover specific questions concerning mission objectives or world events.

I would like to know if Mounts are still on your schedual, I haven’t seen or heard anything from it in a while now.

<Avatea> If by mounts you refer to Mechs, then yes some are already available in the Rumble SAhow Map on PTS and more are coming with Earth.

I’ve heard rumors that this will be a regular thing.

Can’t the dev team put in a red tent with chairs and a desk that we can use for this? And put up a bill bored saying when devs are in here.

A custom made command center specifically for this would be totally awesome and would have a “wow, that’s so cool” factor for new players when they enter wilderness for the first time.

@Matthew : An emote would be cool! :D /sitinclass that summons a chair and a table where the character is sitting on and pretending to pay attention.

Or else I second the /orlly emote!
